Important information about changes to AVON in 2013

Avon will be launching Promise starting in C-11
Backorder Policy Change / Brochure Offers are now TimeSensitive

Dear Valued Avon Customer,

         When Promise launches, every brochure will have a national start and end date. This will mean the prices featured in a brochure will expire on the campaign end date.  That is why it is more important than ever to flip through the pages of every Avon brochure to make sure you don’t miss a thing and to place your order by my campaign deadline date, as you will no longer be able to shop from previous brochures.

Avon takes pride in providing smart value to Customers, whether the products are discounted or at regular price. Every campaign is different and each brochure is a unique shopping experience – full of special offers and promotions which provide excellent value for stocking up on favourites or trying something new.

I am so excited to tell you about the benefits of Promise and Avon’s new website.

Ø        With the launch of Promise I will now have access to real-time inventory ~ what does that mean for you? It means I will immediately be able to tell whether a product you ordered is available or temporarily out-of-stock.

      If a product is unavailable, I will be able to offer you:  
v        The choice of a substitute product that is available now at the same price.
v        The choice of an alternative product that is available now at either the same or a different price.
v        The choice of a future delivery by viewing the expected delivery date of the out-of-stock item.  (Which I can then “reserve” at the current price if it’s available within the current or next campaign).
v        Choose to cancel the product on the spot if the alternate or substitute product or future delivery is not an acceptable option.

Ø        With the launch of Promise I will be able to reserve product ~ what does that mean for you?
It means I will be able to reserve your products for the current campaign as well as for the next campaign.

        If a product is available, I will be able to:  
v        Order it and have Avon reserve that inventory for your current order.
v        Order it and have Avon reserve that inventory for your next order.
v        This will eliminate shortages and disappointments.
Reservation
Ø        With the launch of Promise products will have the same Product Number for life ~ what does that mean for you?   It means I will be better able to service your needs, especially when it is time to reorder a product.

Ø        With the launch of Promise the full Beauty Product line will be visible ~ what does that mean for you? It means the full Beauty product line will be offered every campaign through the new Avon website.

v        
     All beauty products will be available all year long.
v         Beauty products that are in the brochure or flyers will be featured online at their current brochure price.
v         Beauty products that are not in the brochure or flyers will be available for purchase online at their regular price.

Ø        With the launch of Promise, Avon is launching a new state-of-art website ~ what does this mean for you?

I will send you an invite to register on my website, and you will:  
v        Have access to state-of-art online store.
v        Have access to the entire beauty line every campaign.
v        Have access to product information, ingredients, tips & tricks, FAQs, etc.
v        Have access to exclusive online promotions.
v        Be able to shop and place an order right from your smart phone.
v        Be able to place orders directly with me online.
v        Shop directly from my e-brochure.

I know we all have busy lives, and even though you may have had the best intentions of contacting me with your Avon order, distractions can happen.  I will send out a reminder email prior to the order deadline date to ensure that you don’t miss out on the products you want or a sale of your favourite products.  If you are not already on my email distribution list and would like to be added, please send a quick email to elaine4avonorders@gmail.com and I would be happy to add you to the list .
